Mindy McCready Is Going Back To Jail

Mindy McCready, everyone’s favorite country singer/drug addict/Roger Clemens humpee, will be going back to prison for sixty days following her latest parole violation. On top of a July overdose (blamed on the revelation of her affair with Clemens) and rehab stint, McCready hasn’t been fufilling her community service requirements. Said McCready (in a statement), “I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs and entertain.” There’s no word on whether her sentence will affect the release of her comeback album, which was supposed to drop later this year.
