Ashley Dupre In Bizarre Sex Suit

Ashley Alexandra Dupre just cannot stay away from drama. The woman who “brought down” disgraced Governor Elliot Spitzer is now involved in a bizarre sex suit. K.T. Mary Dunphy has named Ashley “the other woman” in a $1.5 million suit in which she claims her lawyer boyfriend left her for Ashley while she was seven months pregnant.

K.T. is charging her ex, Robert J. Oppenheimer, with “emotional distress” after catching him having sex with Ashley at his Manhattan apartment and suffering a miscarriage.

K.T. met Robert through the online dating service, The Millionaire’s Club, and within months he invited her to move into his Southampton home and they took lavish trips to Barbados, Aruba, and Las Vegas. The relationship quickly turned sour, however, and when K.T. told Robert she was pregnant with twins, he served her with eviction papers.

Her attorney says, “…she lost a lot of money because he didn’t want her to work,” while his private investigator claims the allegations are, “entirely baseless,” and accuses her of being, “mentally unbalanced” and trying to “extort money from him.”

As for Ashley Dupre, who admitted to her involvement with Elliot Spitzer earlier this year; she says she has never met Robert. “She doesn’t know Robert Oppenheimer and has never been to Aruba,” her spokesperson says.  [Source: NYDN; Photo: Splash News Online]
