Lost star Naveen Andrews has gained sole custody of his three-year-old son, Naveen Jr, after a brutal court battle. According to TMZ, Elena Eustache, the child’s mother, took Naveen Jr. out of Los Angeles without permission. She also accused Andrews’ girlfriend, Barbara Hershey, of performing witchcraft and poisoning the child. Andrews’ lawyer has asked that Eustache undergo psychiatric testing.
Andrews conceived the child with Eustache during his brief separation from Beaches star in 2005. Hershey and Andrews have been dating over a decade, despite their 21 year age difference.
Eustache, an actress and stand-up comedienne, appears in the upcoming Matt Damon film, The Informant. Check out a video made by Eustache after the jump.

She looks ugly and crazy. She’s absolutely someone to run away from. Why would anyone want a kid with her?!

Um, why don’t they just accuse her of practicing Christianity? It would make just as much sense.

CHEVJULS-
I think in this case wouldn’t you give custody to the parent who wasn’t accusing people of witch craft? Seems like the judge got it right!

Judges usually have a damn good reason for taking custody away from one parent and giving the child to another and clearly this woman needs some help if she thinks her ex’s gf is poisoning her child and practicing witchcraft. Saying crap like that without proof is just asking for trouble.
