Pink Hates On Fur-Loving Kanye West
Pink better be ready to get her ass handed to her in all caps and exclamation points. The songstress has attacked Kanye West for - hilariously - complaining about the lack of fur at staunch animal activist Stella McCartney’s spring fashion show (where the two hung out, above). She complains to FHM Australia:
“Kanye West is the person pissing me off right now. I was at Stella McCartney’s Paris fashion show with the vice president of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, Paul McCartney and Kanye West. The entire time Kanye is going, ‘They need more fur in this show.’ He just wouldn’t shut up about how he loved fur. I mean, he’s saying this to me, the PETA guy and Paul McCartney! I was just so grossed out by him. I’m like, ‘You’re an idiot!’ There are so many people who I think are a waste of skin and he’s up there. I should wear him. Go on, donate yourself Kanye. People can wear your fur.”
For someone who insists he will “design dresses that will end up on red carpets at the Oscars,” Kanye is pretty ignorant about some basic fashion knowledge, like that the super-famous Stella never uses animal products in her line. I think some people missed the point. It wasn’t just that he was saying “oh, they should have more fur” it’s the fact that he was saying it around people who were very publicly against fur, including the one making the line. It makes him sound like he was just trying to be cool or a douchebag or something. And that is ridiculous.

It’s obvious many of you didn’t read the article at all. This doesn’t have to do with who’s more famous or richer. The point is Kanye was complaining about the lack of fur in front of people who are against the use of fur. Plus the designer never uses fur so that makes him sound like a total idiot.

Kanye is wrong, simple as that. Doesn’t matter who is the better artist. he should have never said that kinda stuff infront of ppl who think its wrong to wear fur. i hate ppl who wear fur. who the hell are they to say that animals are less important then humans? ppl make me sick. kanye is stupid just like jLo for thinking its okay to wear fur anyway but to say it infornt of ppl who actually care is messed up.

The “big deal” with fur is, that in most countries, fur farms are a very cruel existence for the animal. They live in tiny cages without food or water and no room to move, they get so stressed they chew their own flesh. They watch from their cages as other animals are skinned when eventually they themselves are dragged from their cages, stamped on to stun them (they don’t kill them with guns so as not to damage the fur) and are then skinned while still alive. In China they have zero animal welfare rules in fur farms, this is a fact. I have seen with my own eyes a dog skinned alive and even its skinless body shaking and looking at the camera. It was still moving. If you don’t believe me, google it or watch a programme called “kill it skin it wear it” that was shown in the UK. You will never wear fur again if you watch that.
