Rihanna Faces Chris Brown In Court Today
Rihanna is set to take the stand at 1:45 pm today in the preliminary hearing in the assault case against Chris Brown. Rihanna herself could testify, as could Hancock Park residents who witnessed the alleged beating. The purpose of this preliminary hearing is to determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence to have a trial.
If Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos cross-examines Rihanna, sources say he will insist that Rihanna was the initial aggressor, and hit Chris first.
Also, the graphic photos of Rihanna’s bloody and bruised face will reportedly be crucial evidence in the case.
