As far as I’m concerned the pictures of her are her own business. She is sixteen years old, she has no pictures showing anything that could be considered even partially nude or sexually explicit. This is completely legal. Lawmakers never said anything that I have ever known of that says that you can’t pose in a particular way. I don’t know why people find it so important to judge a teenage girl on being a teenage girl, especially one who is a singer and an actress. How many people in this world can look back and say “I never did anything that other people found inappropriate.” This is a very diverse world, as it should be. There are more important things to be concerned with than the way Miss Cyrus poses in her pictures.

I feel bad for her, honestly.
She definitely has some kind of self-esteem issues to feel like she constantly has to be posing for racey photos (either professionally shot or not) in order to feel beautiful/pretty/sexy/whatever.
It’s a shame, and it’s more of a shame that older guys are using her like this and SHE is getting the brunt of it all.

First of all…I have to say that the person who posted the photos is scum..I imagine that when she let him take the pictures that it was not her intent for them to be taken as they are. I still like her. It’s her life, let her live it! Go to any average sixteen year old girls myspace page or Twitter account and you will see pictures of this nature. It doesn’t mean they are having sex with everything, it just means they are being silly and having fun like Miley is here. And Miley should not be held responsible for any childs behavior. If a parent doesn’t want their child listening to something or seeing something THEY should step up and block it ect. What ever happened to parental guidance and responsibility in this country? Even when I was young I knew not to emulate everything I saw because my parents talked to me about it. And how should anyone know if she is fake or not? Probably nobody posting on this web site have ever sat down and had a conversation with Miley or even had the chance to MEET her. After you know her personally, that’s when you should judge her.

You can’t tell me this is innocent. If it were, it would not have been shot in the first place. This is another pure example of Miley trying to vamp it up for the camera. I don’t see Celina Gomez, or Dillan and Cole Sprouse doing this, and they are around her age. Even as an 18 year old, I would never think about doing things like this, as they are provocative, immature, and just plain sleezy.
