Meghan McCain Wants Hilary Duff To Play Her On Film

We’ve always pondered who we would want to play us in the film version of our life (you know, the super exciting adventures of going to a liberal arts college and then moving to New York, only to become depressed about our love life and career — it’s a story we share with about 5 million other people). Megan McCain, who is currently writing an autobiographical book, definitely has some casting ideas though for herself. “I want Hilary Duff to play me. I think she’s really hot — hotter than me — but I’d still want her to play me.”

McCain describes her upcoming book as “Half political, and it’s half a memoir. It’s like Primary Colors meets Tori Spelling’s  sTori Telling. I want young women to actually be able to read it.”  Ah yes, we remember curling up with sTori Telling, that old chestnut is an annual tradition.

McCain is glad she didn’t end up as First Daughter, telling the New York Daily News, “You know those Disney movies [where princesses are always well guarded]? Life in the White House is just like that, except there were no cute guards. Seriously, none of them were cute at all!”
