Hang on, didn’t she celebrate this already? Still, Lindsay Lohan took the opportunity to celebrate her actual 23rd birthday AGAIN by showing off the fact she is totally back with Samantha Ronson. The on-off-on-off-on-off-oh-God-we’re-getting-dizzy-now pair took in a civilized lunch in Malibu yesterday — and not a public row, or broken window was in sight.
