Jacksons, Estate Quarrel Over Michael’s Will

The dust may not have settled over who gets Michael Jackson’s money. Randy Jackson has accused his brother’s 2002 will of being a fraud, according to TMZ. Seems the will was allegedly written on July 7th of that year in Los Angeles, only Michael spent that week in New York calling ex-Sony Records head Tommy Mottola the devil (remember the time?).
The estate has responded that the witness who listed the LA location was simply confused, and that the alleged typo does not invalidate it. Also, if the 2002 papers were thrown out, his 1997 will still left 40% of his estate to his mother, 40% to his children and 20% to charity. Is this a tempest in a teapot, or a sign of litigation to come?
