Sexy vampires - from Twilight to “True Blood” - are taking over the world, and we’ve got the photos to prove it! While VILFs (ya know, vampires I’d like to…) may not be anything new (hello, Brad Pitt in Interview With A Vampire), there’s no denying that lately we’ve been bombarded with movies and TV shows featuring smokin’ hot vamps.
Twilight can easily be given all the credit for the recent surge in vampire lust, with Robert Pattinson at the helm. HBO quickly jumped on the vamp wagon with “True Blood,” the CW followed with “The Vampire Diaries,” and screenwriter Diablo Cody didn’t waste any time parodying the whole obsession by recruiting vixen Megan Fox for Jennifer’s Body. Yep, we’re declaring 2009 the Year of the Fanged.

Get over Twilight. It’s not that great. Clearly that’s why you made this list since half the friggin cast is on it. You could’ve expanded a lot more past True Blood and Twilight. Vampire themes existed before them you know.

What a friggin joke!!! This list was obviously compiled by a fan of that absolute waste of time “Twilight”. There were tons of vampire movies long before that pathetic excuse for a movie came along. What the hell happened to Geraint Wyn Davies and Deborah Duchenne from Forever Knight??? And Antonio Banderas!! He’s one of the sexiest men on the face of the earth and he didn’t make the cut???? Did you even do any research before posting this??? And to those of you who call yourselves “vamp fans” and you don’t know Kiefer Sutherland, you need to be schooled. One of the best vampire flicks ever made was Lost Boys. Watch it! Learn something! And remember kids…. real vampires don’t sparkle…
