Adam Lambert may not have won American Idol, but after his insane performance at the American Music Awards last night, we’re surprised anyone can remember who did. Lambert was an equal opportunity offender throughout, leading dancers on a leash (male), grinding his crotch in their faces (male and female), wedging his hand up a pole dancer’s underwear (female), frenching his keyboard player (male) and making ears bleed (male and female) with his trademark shrieking. Aren’t you glad show producer Dick Clark lived to see this?
Lambert was defiant when discussing the potential uproar with the LA Times. “If it’s gonna be edited, then in a way that’s discrimination. I don’t mean to get political, but Madonna, Britney and Christina weren’t edited. It’s a shame. Female entertainers have been risqué for years. Honestly, there’s a huge double standard…I’m just trying to have a good time onstage. It’s a sexy song. It’s 2009, it’s time to take more risks. It’s about entertainment. People want to be surprised. It’s too bad that people are so scared.” Watch Adam hump and sing “For Your Entertainment” after the jump.

I liked it. Grow up people its 2009. It was entertaining, crazy, fun
November 23rd, 2009 at 11:22 am
I really like Adam Lambert, But that performance last night, well lacked his true talent! Wrong place & timing to try out the trashy bisexual #!^~)()*&(%$+#`@& character!!! He focused on his sexual fantasy than how he has an incredible voice & an amazing stage presence! It’s really sad that he is getting so sidetracked with his sexual preference & letting it overshadow his God givin
talent! Adam you’ve got to tone it down when you are on TV or any avenue that children could possibly be watching! If you were in a bar somewhere it wouldve been alot different! Please don’t go down as the screaming! flameing! hot mess! I voted for you Many times when u were on AI so please quit pushing things down peoples throats that you are gay! We all know!
So start showing & giving to us the talented star that you are! & that you can stay! If you don’t crash & burn with flameing soo & too Much!! May God continue to Bless you!! Love Ya Adam!!
November 23rd, 2009 at 12:21 pm
i loved adam. i thought he was great, sexy and fun .you go boy…2009 is right
November 23rd, 2009 at 12:24 pm
I agree with Karena,
That was trashy, inappropriate and not the right venue. Who cares what his sexuality is, the purpose of the AMA awards is to showcase talent not get on stage and provide pornography as all people including young people watch the AMA’s. It doesn’t matter if it is 2009 standards and self respect still stand.
November 23rd, 2009 at 1:24 pm
I feel that Adam Lambert was very wrong.. He has alot of very young fans from AI. He needs to keep it in the bedroom. I have no repected for the dude.
November 23rd, 2009 at 1:40 pm
I love Adam! and I understand what people are saying when they say he has a lot of young followers from AI.. But hes not trying to be a “Jordan Sparks” who appeals to that age group! I think Adam remained true to who he wants to be as an entertainer! I love him! And I cant wait to see him when he does his own tour!
November 23rd, 2009 at 2:12 pm
Adam showed how trashy he can be. American Music Awards is supposed to be about talent and he didn’t show his true talent. Who gives a crap if he’s bisexual? That has nothing to do with his voice. All he wanted was controversy so people would give him attention on tabloids. Not a very respectable person if you ask me.
November 23rd, 2009 at 2:39 pm
What wrong with the world today? No one said anything when Madonna kissed Brittany Spears. Grow up and enjoy. The performance was racey and that is who he is. not someone trying to be someone else.
November 23rd, 2009 at 2:57 pm
the performance was nice, however, the song didn’t fit…..it seemed to comtempary for the performance…..he should have rocked it out……..cuz he looked like a gay rocker……
November 23rd, 2009 at 3:33 pm
HE NEED TO KEEP THE GAY ACT OFF THE SHOW.BAD TIMING
November 23rd, 2009 at 3:50 pm
The song is simply horrible. Nevermind the freaky, raunchy, S&M stage performance! I was voting for him and liked him but if that’s what he’s putting out then I’m not putting out! I have kids and I’m glad they didn’t see that. Better clean it up a bit too AMA’s.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:02 pm
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD TODAY. HE WAS DOING THAT AT THE WRONG PLACE AND WRONG TIME. DONT SHOW THE CRAP ON TV. WHEN I SAW THAT I WANTED TO PUKE. KEEP IT IN THE BEDROOM MAN. I LIKE PEOPLE WHO SHOW THEIR TALENT ON STAGE LIKE BEYONCE OR MICHAEL JACKSON. DONT SHOW YOUR SEXUALITY ON THE TEVEVISION.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:12 pm
Okay. All I had to say after watching it was, “Wasn’t that interesting?” My mouth was open thru the entire thing though. I am not an easily offended person, and some of that offended me. The guy/guy kiss was a big deal on the radio, but I mean, that wasn’t a big deal to me. So what? Thats his preference. But come on it looked like a soft S & M porno. Not what I expected on the AMA awards, and I usually expect to see some silly stuff. I think it did a disgrace to the homosexual and bi sexual community, because it portrays to the normal person, someone who chooses to be that way as weird or freakish.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:23 pm
Here’s the thing–a kiss between two people is a lot different than gratuitous sex and ridiculousnesses. I’m not even going to bring gender into it, it doesn’t matter–it’s fine for girls to kiss girls, guys to kiss guys, I don’t care. But BDSM themes on stage during an all-ages awards show is inappropriate. Bare your skin, do a little grinding, kiss, whatever, who cares…it is 2009, and it’s fine to show a little sexuality and sensuality. But this seems like he was only going for shock value garbage, and that’s pretty childish for someone claiming to be breaking away from that age group. It’s not a double standard. It’s a matter of not having good taste or common sense.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:26 pm
I support Adam. Young people are listening to trashy music these days anyways. Music that glorifies sex and violence. He just did his thing, not his best performance but it wasn’t awful either. I don’t really care. I listening to FYE right now and it’s amazing.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:27 pm
If you don”t like it DON’T WATCH!!
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:31 pm
What is wrong with people? Be open-minded. This is 2009, not 1960.
It’s entertainment. Who said Micheal Jackson did not show sexuality on TV?
I remembered approx 20 yrs ago, first time on MTV , MJ hold his scrotch dancing and
shoving on the camera….and all of his dancing show making love acts. That
was 20 yrs ago Mr and Mrs !! Dancing is dancing, we have seen today is what
we have seen everywhere. We are too focus on Adam and expect him to be a
saint? forget it ! He is an artist ! My husband and i enjoyed it so much ! WE LOVE
IT !! GO ADAM ! ROCK it ADAM ! You are so true to yourself and you offer the BEST
for everyone who knows how to enjoy life and not being hypocrite.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:33 pm
Ok maybe it as a little trashy and he may have over did it a little, but way to make a statement Adam. Clap, clap, clap, i still support him. Do keep in mind of the young kids tho….
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:39 pm
What an idiot, Adam is. Most people don’t care about his personal life or preferences. If his singing is going to take him anywhere for any length of time he needs to quit the crap he’s doing and quit offending people. Sorry, Adam, but most people don’t want to see you shooting the bird or kissing a man. I’m a liberal, but I find your public display a real turnoff.
Grow up or your 15 minutes of fame will be over soon.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:41 pm
He was talentless last night. Horrible performance, lack-luster song.. plain and simple BS!
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:47 pm
He is the Madonna of 2009.He is going to do exactly what she did and that is push the limits. So,people who don’t like it get over because even when he is gone there will be another.
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:53 pm
At age 65, I don’t believe you are going to run anything past my eyes that is going to shock me and Lambert’s performance certainly did not rise to that level. Having said that, the AMA is probably not the venue for that kind of display and a large portion of his performance was probably in bad taste. Many of the comments note that this is 2009 and I certainly agree. Still I don’t take my automobile to the doctor’s office to have it repaired. I tuned in to see the ‘music awards’ and I’m still not clear how the fact that Adam (and his $$_^$*%!_%!)@+%(! which is to the point) could @%`+~*#@~!@^#(` ume that his immature performance contributed in any way to promoting the awards, the show, or music in general. I did not see anything that would make me take interest in his music or his performance because he has already shown me everything I need to see and told me everything I need to know.!
November 23rd, 2009 at 4:55 pm
Ewww…S & M…..That was performing a deviant act on all of us. Not art, not good…I want my American Idol votes back. Thank God he didn’t win.
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:00 pm
This dude is UGLY and fine if he is gay but you don’t have to be a a flaming gay , we get it.
All of this was uncalled for, something is wrong with someone when they need attention and do things like this. IS this what his mom taught him, I guess American Idol Judges and his mom is real proud of him right now.
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:03 pm
HILARIOUS
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:14 pm
Okay, it’s 2009 so we should all act like *$_@%^$_#_“~)%&! s for the sake of entertainment. That makes sense.
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:28 pm
Adam is right they all were trashy on their performance and kissed the same sex too and it wasnt edited, but its not like they got a !^)~(%+!__#))&$^&+`( in front of kids!!
Yeah we know its 2009 people who cares the yr.. U still need to be somewhat classy and tasteful.
He was too busy trying to prove that he can be trashy (cuz we all know sex appeal sells) and didnt think of his vocals at all.
We know u want to have fun and it being a first award show to perform at has to be a big deal but at what price are you gonna subject yoyr fans just to prove a nasty point?
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:30 pm
U all now see why Kris won?
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:30 pm
Adam Lambert rocks. Yes, his performance last night was making a point.
He did not have to come to this, however, it does not make him less of a person
for making a statement. If you truely have followed Adam to this point you would understand
his performance last night.
The only disappointing fact is Adam is a Talented person with much to offer. People should not criticize last night, but relish the person he dares to be.
I am in a rare successful marriage (man and women). Adam did not offen me, because all I saw a performance and a smart man at that. Everyone is talking about him today and who knows how many records he will sell tomorrow. Way to go Adam, dont feel however you have to prove yourself to ANYONE, especially to the OUT Magazine Editor!
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:41 pm
While I was not impressed or offended with the show last night…my real disappointment was his singing. He has a remarkable voice but you certainly couldn’t tell it last night. I was so hoping that he would come out & wow the audience there like he did every week on Idol…but he didn’t..he came out to prove he could shock…don’t want to be shocked….just want to be entertained..and he didn’t.
November 23rd, 2009 at 5:44 pm
Who gives a crap if it’s 2009? ABC is NOT MTV that is the point. MTV is notorious stunts like that, but ABC is not. It was disgusting to see someone who could have showed his talent if he really cared. He is getting what he wants which is a notice, good or bad, in the public eye. I don’t care if he’s gay. He’s an idiot and his music sucks.
November 23rd, 2009 at 6:38 pm
So many of the comments focus on the gay or bisexual aspects of Adam’s performance. Would people be as upset if it was all females on stage with Adam? I don’t think so. As the article says, the performance was “equal opportunity. It’s impossible to call it gay because there are heterosexual interactions as well.
While I am disappointed in Adam’s performance, I am equally as disappointed with most the other choices the AMA made for entertainment for the evening. I would have loved to hear some singers singing with the singing being the centerpiece instead of stage shows. Stage shows can be entertaining but are unnecessary for truly talented singers. For those with talent, the over-the-top stage shows took away from their singing.
As long as I’ve gone this far, I’m so tired of rap performers (I use this term loosely) being offered for entertainment. It takes so little talent to rap. I know people so afraid of being called racist that they pretend to like this genre of music. I don’t share their fear. I also dislike for country music.
How about some real music artists next year, AMA? 86 the rap and hip hop, or at least limit it to one performance. Acts like Black Eyes Peas and Lady Gaga show original talent. Let’s see more like this and don’t forget — Taylor Swift won six awards (I think) but there were no performances remotely resembling her type and style of music. It’s the people who voted for her (she wouldn’t be my choice) so why not gear the show to the preferences of the people who make or break a performer?
I have to say it — Jay-Z is a true artist — a rip-off artist. The man can’t even hold a beat on a rap. Flame away, people, lol.
November 23rd, 2009 at 6:48 pm
what does the ‘world’ have to do with his performance? When people ask, ‘what is wrong with the world?’ really? I mean, come on. Who really cares. If the AMA people are that offended they won’t have him perform next year, that’s how it goes. If all of the offended people are so offended, don’t buy his music or watch his videos or concerts. Grow up. His performance was nothing more than a rap album full of profanity and that is probably why they put him on last; because the AMA people knew this was going to cause a bunch of commotion. Remember when JT and J. Jackson had their infamous ‘mishap’ at the superbowl? That is all anyone talked about for how long and it caused so much trouble for so many people and I think that is mainly because of the time it was on. If it had been on later at night it wouldn’t have mattered as much. So everyone grow up and learn to deal with how much things are changing today versus twenty years ago and if you don’t like ‘flamers’, gays, lesbians, or whatever your choice of wording is then go your own way because they are people too and they have their right to express themselves in whatever way they like.
November 23rd, 2009 at 6:55 pm
why is it okay for homosexuals to be offensive to others, but not okay for heterosexuals to be offensive? I am not being biased either, I have gay relatives whom I love very much, but if they are wrong they are wrong…There is a difference between making a statement and being disrespectful. The same rules apply to straight people who take PDA’s too far especially when children are around… it’s tasteless and shows no class.
I know that artists today want to create their own lane, and I have no problem with that, but there is a time and place for everything, and the Award show that evolved from American Bandstand was surely not it. LOL how did they manage to edit the 50 Cent verse, but let Adam’s 4 minutes of vulgarity run free? LMAO And before last night I had never heard of Adam Lambert, and I didn’t hear talent that would make me want to again.
November 23rd, 2009 at 7:05 pm
While I find this sort of thing interesting in the privacy of my own room my preteen and teenage children should not have been subjected to this last night. I watch the awards every year with my daughter and last night I was in shock. Not the kind of shock that will get me buying his album but the kind that had me trying to explain alot of it to my daughter. These are things she souldn’t even be thinking about yet. Whether it is 2009 or not does not mean that families should have been subjected to this garbage. It was a bad call on Adam’s part and a shame that we won’t be watching the awards again next year, they should censor him all the way out the back door.
November 23rd, 2009 at 7:29 pm
i loved the performance, it was hot and sexy and fun!
November 23rd, 2009 at 8:02 pm
Adam could of have done it w/o kissing the keyboard player, it was random and (&^@*)^$$_^@%@!%$ ish…other then that it was fine, u barely see a male performer doing that..usually u would see britney spears or other female performers doing that bondage act..good for adam, be a sex-crazed homosexual..who cares what the rest says
November 23rd, 2009 at 10:35 pm
It really wasn’t THAT bad i guess, but it was entertaining! b/c as soon as it came on i was like … wow. i liked it and Adam. \m/ (^w^) \m/
November 23rd, 2009 at 11:08 pm
He’s defiantely stuffing.
November 23rd, 2009 at 11:09 pm
I have no idea why people think they have to be more shocking than anyone else. Adam and his whole, “Look at me, I’m gay”, is really tired. Let’s try something else.
November 23rd, 2009 at 11:32 pm
Ugh, I cant stand his voice, all he does is scream, he cant sing, he has no talent and he just proved it, he needs shock value to get attention. If he had talent, he wouldnt have needed to do that. I dont like his music, his looks, ick. His whole (career) is based on shock value. So he will get what he wants, he is trash, pure trash. What a waste of airtime.
November 23rd, 2009 at 11:47 pm
That performance was straight up trashy :/ He can have a sexy performance without it being blatantly tasteless
November 24th, 2009 at 12:44 am
Okay this shows nothing of what hes known for. His voice, all this shows is a little perverts greatest wish come true he gets to be groped and gropes others in front of millions personally i don’t give a ____ what people do behind closed doors but that doesnt mean i want to turn on my tv and see some guy with his fingers on a girls area or him popping a woody sorry soft core porn industry I’m not a customer you can be provocative and risque without being trashy
November 24th, 2009 at 1:12 am
I love Adam Lambert and he performance isn’t anything more racey than Madonna antics over the years to draw attention to her. He would be awesome with the Genitortures in concert. They have performances like that and are very entertaining as they bring their expression to another level. AMA’s are notorious in having suggestive acts and they are on at 9 to 11 pm for a reason. Any parent knows that about this award show - just think back to Madonna kissing Britney Spears - did I want to see that? No. Adam’s was involved in the acting performance. There’s a big difference in that than when Madonna did her stunt. Did you all forget about Michael Jackson’s groping antics on previous shows. How about his daring performance of kissing Lisa Presley on the award show? Sex sells anyways in every business. We all want the hot sexy looking ~&_^!%#&&(@&@@*+ tail waitress, barmaid to wait on us. Some people would think that they are trashy and vulgar others think it’s sexy. It’s all in the way it is handled. I would expect him to defy the boundaries as an artist and he clearly has the looks talent and voice to go farther than any other American Idol winner. Did you all notice the difference in Carrie underwood’s performance? Big difference from when she first started off. She has talent and knows it and you can see how the fame/money has changed her already.I cannot wait to get his new cd out this week. I wouldn’t let my kids listen to rap as those artists are 10 times more vulgar and annoying but it’s my personal opinion are we are all entitled to our differences. I think if I had been further along in his careet people would have not discussed it then.
November 24th, 2009 at 4:18 am
this was totally inappropriate. Kids are watching this show for goodness sakes! he should have known better. I liked him during idol, but there is nothing cool about this performance. I like rock music (chevelle, linkin park, breaking benjamin etc) but there is nothing “rockish” about this. I am sorry but there was no need for this…its shameful. Adam you could have done so much better
November 24th, 2009 at 12:53 pm
I’m so very frustrated with people who feel that Adam Lambert’s performance was inappopriate, but it’s hardly worth commenting on, really. There are always going to be those who are appalled at an artist who is pushing the boundaries. That’s kind of the point, isn’t it? Art is meant to illicit a reaction and, if he’s smart, he really doesn’t care whether people are cheering or jeering, so long as their faces are contorted one way or another. Anyway, he’s not really doing anything other artists haven’t done before. In the video for Janet Jackson’s 1993 single “if.”, the artist–and two back-up dancers–are seen dribbling the heads of submissive male dancers between their legs. Madonna makes out with a woman in 1990’s “Justify My Love” and beats a bound woman in the 1995 video for “Human Nature.” Perhaps people are just outraged because he’s *male* and queer. Either way, maybe they should limit their entertainment viewing to more conservative programming, like _Reba_, _18 Kids & Counting_ and _The CMA_. Oh, wait…the Dixie Chicks might say something left-wing, on the later…better stick to the first two.
November 24th, 2009 at 5:45 pm
I enjoyed the performance. I like when people push the envelope a bit. As for those who are all concerned about what their kids are watching, honestly, I am far more concerned that they see shows that promote having a litter of kids when you can’t properly support them or care for them. As for Adam kissing a man, seriously, get over it. It is not going to traumatize your kids to see him kiss a man. I am not suggesting that small kids should see the S&M style parts of the performance, but frankly, this is a show with rock performers. People do racy things in a concert setting. Perhaps small kids shouldn’t be watching this @ all before their parents have seen it first. When did parents start letting small kids watch ANY rock concert footage without checking it out first anyway? There is a reason they air these things in the evening and not on a Saturday afternoon.
Now as for my comment on this picture (6 of 8), I originally just wanted to comment to Adam that it is not polite to point. ;-D
November 24th, 2009 at 8:05 pm
I thought it was very tasteless( no pun intended). But a guy that has to go to that extreme to impress people, doesn’t need air time. It makes all the rest of the attention getters in the past, look mild. Also what I thought was bad, was the “Boner” that was also shown for everyone to see. If he needed to do this to get a hard on, then he’s not worth being shown on any networks again.
I listen to the audience after his performance, and you can tell that it was either shock, or no one was impressed, I’ll take the later.
November 24th, 2009 at 10:37 pm
ew…….. keep it in the bedroom. Male, female, gay, bi, hetero, doesn’t matter. Very inappropriate.
November 24th, 2009 at 10:44 pm
the dude blew it, TOtally. Wrong place, wrong time to be gettin it on like he did in front of millions.May lose cotnracts because of it, I’m sure.NO, I am not homophobic, know a few gay/bi people. However, for a show like the AMA, with people of all ages tuned in???NOPE> not GOOD< not at all. and the guy is SOOOO tdamn talented; it’s a shame he has to shown himself and be so out there and flamboyant with his sexuality.maybe he thouight he needed the atention?(Not-he is an attention-getter ANYway, he doesnt need all that) oh well…maybe another time another place. carry on my wayward son
November 24th, 2009 at 10:54 pm
Everyone keeps mentioning madonna and michael jackson too……ew to michael jackson grabbing himself and ew for when brittany and madonna kissed on the mtv awards show years ago tooo. I stopped watching it then. Everyone needs to grow up! Bunch of pervs in this world today. Don’t know how to be sexual without being gross!!
November 25th, 2009 at 7:25 am
How about a 7 second delay on video as well as audio. That way crap like this could be blacked out as it happens.
November 25th, 2009 at 6:25 pm
I have nothing against homosexuality. But I have alot against my grandchildren (age 9) watching on TV, what should be left in the bedroom or to a more private event.
When you put out something like this on TV, you are bringing disgrace to people who have come out of the closet & are saying to the general public: we are decent, law-abiding, hard working citizens, God-fearing people - just like you.
I am sorry, but one day I told my granddaughter than I ordered 2 copies of Adam’s CD & she said he was gay. I replied ’so what its his great voice I admire & he should be given credit for that alone - what he does at home is his business - I watched him on American Idol - knew he was gay - and am more attracted to his great voice & showmanship.
I received the 2 CD’s (”For your Entertainment” CD), 2 days after this discussion with my granddaughter & it was the same day the AMA awards was on.
I had not listened to the cd yet when I saw his performance on TV that night. And, I was so shocked & thrown off, all I could think about is that I needed to retract my words to my granddaughter.
The day after the awards, she came to visit & saw the cd’s on my desk & said “Oh, I saw him kissing a guy on TV last night, can I listen to his CD?”
My reply was that I saw the show too & that I am returning his CDs because as much as I like his voice, & do not care that he is gay, I did not like what he did during that performance & now I can’t even listen to it his voice without replaying that scene of him grinding his body against a dancers face.
That is more than I can handle & I most certainly do not want my granddaughter remembering such a performance. You can’t vote for Taylor Swift & have a performance like Adam’s in the same content, it just does not jive.
As for discrimination against a male performer who went beyond the limitations of the status quo, yes Madonna, Britney & Christina went out there, but they were not vulgar in their performances. They did one thing - out of the norm - in their performances & they kept on with their songs. We might have overlooked Adam’s ‘face grinding’, but he did not stop there, he kiss two others & put out his finger at the audience & he showed such anger & malice in the process that I’m not sure if he is S & M as well. It was downright contrary.
I love his voice, but I pass, he let his personal emotions take over & showed his true colors & he could have kept them to himself & become a great artist & performer without puting this out. He cannot compare himself to Madonna, Britney or Christina - who are all very conscious in todays day & age about what they do or do not do to sell records - they are now mothers themselves & have to be very carefully not to cross the lines.
Adam doesn’t have to worry about setting an image for his children, but he should have worried about his family, his little cousins, & about the type of public images todays youth look up to.
Adam you need to apologize to all of us & to you’re gay peers. Some of them might be happy you did this, but most are embarrassed & will suffer the consequences of your actions made on public television for all to see. If a person could ever kill their own careers, Adam you just accomplished that in just 15 minutes of fame.
I was all for you & your talent, even when you didn’t win American Idol, I knew you would make it. I bought 2 copies of your CD & now - because of your perfomance on the AMA awards, I am going to return the 2 cd’s because I cannot be ^^(&(!*^%*_&_+* ociated in any way with a person that would put such controversial images out to the public, to todays youth & especially to my granddaughter.
You blew it ! It’ll be a long time before I or others will be able to overcome those images & I’m sure you will be in newspapers & magazines, all over the place - however, it will be for the wrong reason - because you are gay and crazy, not because you have a great voice & are an artist.
November 27th, 2009 at 11:10 am
This is why we don’t EVER watch American Idol. If this ****#!“`^)$$+! got ^_(@*~!@#(_@++$+ er is the kind of “entertainment” they vote in, I hope eventually, no one ever watches it. SIC !!
November 30th, 2009 at 12:37 pm
I LOVE Adam!! For God’s sakes people….KIDS have enough “idols” already!! What if (by design or choice) we don’t HAVE kids?? Are we ALL going to be forced to listen to/watch Miley and the Jonus Brothers just because of the people that complain and whine about “my poor kids”??? Parent your children and stop rubbing THEM in OUR faces!! AMAs, a family show?? REALLY??? Did you not see Janet Jackson grab a male dancers genitals in the first act of the evening during REAL “primetime”?? NO? How about Rhianna and all the gun-toting soldiers? (what’s that you say….violence is ok, but not anything of a sexual nature?) Still not enough to “warn” you lameass parents? Then what about Eminem and 50 Cent, getting 50% of words “bleeped” but bragging about Slim Shady’s “17 rapes”?ABC put Adam on air well PAST primetime so, what kind of parent lets kids watch all THAT, then is dumb enough to complain and let all the other viewers/commenters know how damn incompetent they are???
