Canoodling with a 20-year-old in Italy while enjoying some Oscar buzz—for the first time in decades, it must be nice to be Mickey Rourke. If only he was still nice to look at.

hold up! did i miss something? when did she break up with that clown marilyn manson? or did they NOT break up and she is being super friendly with mr creepier? please believe i clicked right over to wikipedia and it dont say nothing…anyone know?
