Sarah Silverman and Natalie Portman are like the only people on this list that actually classify as Jewish. Everyone else is half, one-quarter, or some distant relation to Jewish. That’s kind of annoying.

If your mother is Jewish, you’re Jewish, not half, quarter, or whatever. That’s according to Jewish law, not some neophyte on the web.

Whit; You’re wrong! Mila, Michelle and Emmanuelle are also 100% Jewish and I think Selma is too. While the rest, except for two, have Jewish mothers so they are considered Jewish under Halacha law. I do think that including kate Hudson whose only 1/4 Jewish is pushing it. Israeli supermodel, and Leo Dicaprio’s sometimes girlfriend, Bar Refaeli should have been included because she’s hot!

Sarah Silverman (ugh), Kunis, Chriqui, Blair and Portman are all 100% Jewish.
Burke’s mother is Jewish and she identifies as Jewish. The same is true of Bynes and Johansson, and Gyllenhaal. Hudson’s maternal grandmother was Jewish, Hudson was raised Jewish and has often described herself as Jewish. Not sure if Ryder and Trachtenberg are Jewish by Jewish law, but they might be.
The point is that contrary to “Whit”’s statement, no one on this list is “some distant relation to Jewish”, and only one person is a quarter. PLEASE do some research before making statements that come off as fact, but are really just !&_$*&+_%(~($^^ umption. There is a clear difference between those two.

i wouldnt be proud of having those porn star actrices in my religion , look at the way they live , guess judaisme didnt have that big of an impact on their lives. by jewish law if your mother is jewish then you are jewish but what if the concerned isnt jewish in his heart , would you still be pround of having him in your religion ?
