Prior to Tila Tequila announcing her engagement, Tila and “fiance” Casey Johnson walked the red carpet at the Famous Stars and Straps 10th Anniversary and Snoop Dogg’s 10th Album Event and had a little slip of the nip. That’s right - Tila’s areolas just popped out of her top and posed for the cameras too. For a second year in a row little Mrs. Russell Brand (AKA Katy Perry)hosted the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards. Mega stars like Beyonce, the Jonas Brothers, and Shakira attended the show but first rocked the red carpet in style.

Pete Wentz strutted down the carpet with one smokey eye (we’re sure there is a good reason for this…right?!) and David Hasselhoff seemed to have just staggered his way into the event (sporting sequins no less).

According to the FFC, nipples on broadcast television do not get a pass. In fact, they consider even the faintest sliver of exposed areola to be a highly offensive and punishable crime (CBS was fined half a million dollars for Janet’s nanosecond nipple slip). Thankfully, we’re on the internet -  a world chock full of nipples and totally free of the FCC that would banish them forever!

Dancing With The Stars contestant Lil’ Kim has been bitching about her portrayal in the Biggie-biopic Notorious for a while, but don’t mistake that for personal offense. Her disappointment stems from the ex-boyfriend The Notorious B.I.G. himself, who contacts her regularly from the astral plane. Or so she told Rapradar.com:

I’m a very spiritual person and he’s come to me many of times in my dreams. But, I don’t think he’s happy at all, at all! Because Ms. Wallace doesn’t know Biggie at all and she barely knows Christopher, if you know what I mean. At all! And I was around. Even before he blew up so crazy, so I know how he felt about his mom. And Biggie was so much more than what they put him out to be in that movie. And to be honest with you, I know for a fact he’s not happy. He’s not satisfied at all. At all. And regardless of the fact, everybody who is involved in this movie, he has love for. Everybody. But at the end of the day, he knows who’s who and what’s what. Believe that.

Her “spiritual connection with Biggie” also tells her not to work with Junior M.A.F.I.A. member Lil’ Cease after he testified against her in her perjury trial. “Biggie said ‘Don’t look back. Forget Cease, forget all of them because they going to be sorry.’ Cause what they did was wrong and he knows it.” Did Biggie advise her on the jumpsuit she wore to dinner in Hollywood last night? That’s some borderline cameltoe action.

Rapper Lil’ Kim has serious issues with the new Biggie biopic, and is voicing her discontent. But is she beefin’ because the film shows the late rapper disrespecting her and their relationship?

Kim released this miffed statement articulating her feelings about the film’s portrayal of her:

“The film studio and producers involved were more concerned about painting me as a ‘character’ to create a more interesting story line instead of a person with talent, self-respect and who was able to achieve her own career success through hard work. Even though my relationship with Big was at times very difficult and complicated (as with most relationships we have all experienced at one time or another), it was also genuine and built on great admiration and love for each other. Regardless of the many lies in the movie and false portrayal of me to help carry a story line through, I will still continue to carry his legacy through my hard work and music.”

Ok, she’s really not being allowed to record anything—but for all intents and purposes, we probably won’t be hearing Lil’ Kim bust any bars until she wiggles her way out of this mess. The popular production duo Trackmasters is suing Kim after she refused to live up to their contract, allegedly due to their refusal to let her work with Akon (“Blame It On Me” is right, dude).

Trackmasters—also known as Poke & Tone—claim they paid off $200,000 of Lil’ Kim’s debts and spent over $2 million moving their company to Jersey for her. The pair are looking for complete restitution and a court order restricting any Brookland employees from working with Kim on any music. Ever! If Kim fails to beat (or settle) the suit, she better hope the Pussycat Dolls come up with a new reality show to judge fast.

Lil’ Kim may have named an album Hardcore, but Faith Evans‘ upcoming tell-all, Keep The Faith, makes clear that when it came to The Notorious B.I.G., it was his r&b-singing wife that brought the fury.

There I was, rocking a black skully cap and a heavy goose-down jacket, tiptoeing into the elevator and pressing the button to go up to the second floor, where his bedroom was located…

I got to Big’s bedroom door, turned the knob, and went inside. As soon as I saw a small lump next to Big’s large frame, I flew into a rage, ran over to the side of the bed, and pulled back the covers. I grabbed some chick out of the bed and started beating her ass. At some point, the chick’s wig came off in my hand: It was a short, cropped wig. I stopped throwing punches for a minute to get a good look at the chick I was beating up. It was Lil’ Kim. She was completely butt-naked, yelling as I pushed her around the room.

“So you’re not f*cking her, right?” I screamed at Big. “Yeah, you not messing with her anymore right?”
