Not Safe For Work

We’ve already buzzed about Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler’s close encounters at the Golden Globes on Sunday night, and a source at Page Six confirmed that the pair was indeed making out in the kitchen of the Beverly Hilton after they presented together. Stay classy, Butlerston. (Wait, no - Anisbut. Please let  that catch on.) But there were also plenty of other hookup rumors abounding after the ceremony.

At the HBO after-party following the Globes, Straw Dogs co-stars Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard were seen doing their fair share of butt-grabbing and kissing. Skarsgard reportedly denied seeing anyone when an E! reporter asked him earlier that night, so maybe he was just getting a closer look as Bosworth’s multicolored eyes. The weirdest pairing we’ve heard of, though, is the rumored hookup between Mad Men’s January Jones and everyone’s favorite mercury-survivor Jeremy Piven. The pair was seen canoodling at the awards and then left an after-party at Chateau Marmont together. Between Jones’ crappy appearance on SNL earlier this season and now this, we’re thinking maybe Betty Draper’s humorless personality and taste in sketchy men isn’t really a stretch after all.

Forget shoulderpads or a sparkly clutch, Liv Tyler is clearly the must-have accessory for a famous arm in 2009. The actress was out last night at the Met Costume gala with her A-lister friends including Agyness Deyn and Kate Bosworth, and also went out on the town last night at the Time 100 Gala with Kate Hudson and Stella McCartney.  Posing up a storm for the attendant snappers, it’s clear that Liv is the go-to BFF for many a star, and we especially like the way it looks like Liv is taking little Kate B home after having one too many ginger beers. Although we’d like to make a sniffy comment about being a shallow Paris Hilton-style frivolous party girl, we can’t help thinking Liv looks like a lot of fun. Can we be your friend, too? We’ve already exposed the Costume Gala’s worst-dressed celebs. But for every fashion misfire at this glamour fest, dozens of stunning outfits created by the world’s best designers adorned the stunning bodies of the world’s most famous people. This year’s theme was “The Model as Muse.” So it should come as no surprise that skin was on display in abundance. From open-backed gowns (Kate Moss, Ciara) to high hems (Gisele, Rachel Bilson) to semi-bare midriffs (Claudia Schiffer, Eva Longoria Parker), the gala was an orgy of flawless flesh. Check the pics.

Kate Bosworth made her mark as a competitive surfer in 2002’s Blue Crush before appearing in such films as Superman Returns and 21. Paz Vega broke out in 2004’s Spanglish, hopping between foreign movies and Hollywood fare like The Spirit since. Both actresses were born on January 2nd, but which one is older?
