According to the FFC, nipples on broadcast television do not get a pass. In fact, they consider even the faintest sliver of exposed areola to be a highly offensive and punishable crime (CBS was fined half a million dollars for Janet’s nanosecond nipple slip). Thankfully, we’re on the internet - a world chock full of nipples and totally free of the FCC that would banish them forever!
For your viewing pleasure, here are 40 photos featuring accidental nip slips and lots of very revealing and very sheer tops. Either these ladies didn’t look in a mirror before leaving the house or they are just full-on liberated. While this is the internet and we did just shrug off the puritanical FCC, we do have a single shred of dignity left (plus - you know - we don’t want to be a porn site). Seriously, who is it? Apparently a perfect likeness, this waxwork model was unveiled at London’s Madame Tussauds, and we think we might have been able to do better ourselves with a lump of playdough and a Topshop bag. Find out after the jump!

Yep, we’d go with that. Lily Allen picked up the award from Britain’s prestigious men’s mag GQ at their annual awards last night in London - in a ceremony that also gave gongs to Guy Ritchie for Film-Maker of the Year (guess we’re all assuming Sherlock Holmes is going to be good already) and Mickey Rourke for International Man (because picking up twenty-somethings in clubs is an achievement when you’ve done that to your face).
The star-studded bash was attended by lots of celebs including Eva Mendes, Gemma Arterton, Elizabeth Hurley and Kelly Osbourne - although Lily chose to celebrate her win with a totally sober bash at Claridges Hotel with Kate Moss later on. She’s never walked down the aisle, and it doesn’t look like Kate Moss ever will. The Evening Standard says that Kate has laid down her footloose status to boyfriend Jamie Hince, despite his willingness to put a ring on it after two tempestuous years together.
“Kate has seen her pals’ marriages fall apart and doesn’t want to put herself or her daughter Lila Grace through that, she doesn’t see the point,” says the requisite “pal.”
We’re kind of glad Kate isn’t the usual sort of celebrity to get married in a mad rush — after all, she’d be paying Pete Doherty alimony if that was the case. Shudder. But we feel she’s denying us the most exquisite fashion moment of our lives — the Kate Moss Wedding Dress. Topshop would have a knockoff flying off the shelves in days. No fair! Milla Jovovich shows off her hot post-baby body on the cover of September’s Maxim, available at newsstands tomorrow. The Ukranian actress dishes on a smokey prank she pulled as a teenager, and why she loves being the object of nerdy guys’ affection.
On Being the Dream Girl for Geeks: “I love that, man! I think it’s great, because it means that smart men like me. Plus, nerdy guys are always the cool ones in the end. I mean, who want to date a stupid jock? I think that, eventually, the nerds get the cool girls. Just do what you do really well and everything else will fall into place.”
On Her Most Rebellious Teenage Act: “Probably being on the cover of High Times. I was performing music at that time—and smoking pot—and the guys from High Times came to one of my shows. They were like, ‘Hey, wanna be on the cover?’ It was just one of those stupid things you do when you’re young. I thought it was a big joke, but my poor mom was mortified.”

It’s so rare to see a photo of Kate Moss with her daughter Lila Grace, that we often forget that the six-year-old is around. Well, in between becoming Queen of Topshop, hanging out with Uncle Billionaire Green, who owns Topshop, and smoking the full quotient of 100 (approx) cigs a day, Kate is a very busy woman.
Sarcasm aside, a shot of Kate arriving to meet her daughter after a day hanging out on a yacht with boyfriend Jamie Hince and pals in St. Tropez, shows the little poppet is a chip off the old block. She’s become legendary as the supermodel who hardly ever speaks in public, but it looks like we’re going to be hearing a lot more from Kate Moss these days. As part of her reported team-up with media titans Simon Cowell and Sir Phillip Green, Kate’s set to become a TV judge in a battle-of-the-bands-style show in the US.
“Kate is absolutely cock-a-hoop about her move into TV. She’s been looking for a big global project to get her teeth into for some time and the waiting has paid off. This show is going to blow every other reality series out of the water,” reports the London Paper.

Sir Philip Green has proved himself an astute operator by teaming up with Kate Moss, but could his new BFF (that’s Best Fashion Friend) be Whitney Houston? The rehabbed singer had previewed her comeback album a couple of nights ago at a select soiree in Knightsbridge, and Phil was so dazzled he gave her the keys to the flagship London store out of hours. We want!
“Whitney grabbed bags and bags of stuff, but only chose one item of clothing for herself. She was overheard saying her 16-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina likes Topshop, so chose everything for her - except for a Union Jack cardigan which she chose for herself. Whitney looked ecstatic, and happily posed with staff for pictures and signed autographs for them,” says a source.
