Lindsay Lohan must have been more confused than usual about the shindig for her 6126 leggings line at Harrah’s in Atlantic City last night: was it a pool party or just a party at The Pool? We don’t know how else to explain her white-bikini-on-sheer-black dress—and are those granny panties poking out above the miniskirt? LiLo, showing the common sense that has made her a rising star in the fashion oh who are we kidding, combined this hot mess with her new trademark, a black fedora and trenchcoat. Someone must have told her this Sally Bowles shtick made her look mysterious and/or sexy. Someone very mean.

Heads-up, Cyrus parents!!! 10-year-old Noah Cyrus was spotted hand-in-hand with big sis Miley this weekend in Burbank, CA, dressed similarly in a mismatched ensemble that only admiration could inspire. If the last ten years have taught us anything, it’s that the minute little girls start idolizing their rowdy celebrity sisters, partying and pregnancy are hot on their underaged heels.

Jamie Lynn Spears tagged along with Britney to the 2002 Teen Choice Awards and - bang! - gave birth to a baby girl in June 2008, at the young age of 17. Weathered beyond her 16 years, Ali Lohan has been photographed accompanying notorious party animal Lindsay everywhere from LA to Paris. We’re all for some sibling bonding, but in Hollywood, the little ones inevitably feel the need to bust out of their sister’s shadow.

Lindsay Lohan is not one to avoid contradictions. The Mean Girls star certainly looked comfortable showing skin at the launch party for Vida, “the world’s most fashionable luxury pleasure object” (read: “fancy vibrator”), in LA last night. Ironically, the Mirror claims the braless beauty was deeply concerned about the potential release of a sex tape. “A 47-second tape of Lilo frolicking in the buff with a mystery male is currently being touted around LA,” said the tabloid. The owner, “a waiter with a well-known chain restaurant” (mull that one over for a second), allegedly tried to sell it to Hustler, who then recommended he try an “offshore porn site” that doesn’t have to worry about legal issues.

While it’s hard to imagine how such a clip would hurt the career of anyone wearing a fedora to a sex toy party, the Brit paper’s insider says Lohan isn’t taking the news well. “Lindsay was desperate to start 2010 off on a good footing and this is the very last thing she needs…She is devastated—particularly as she is working hard on cleaning up her act…It is fair to say that Lindsay has had a pretty torrid past 24 hours.” Sure, but it’s also fair to say Lindsay’s had a pretty torrid past 24 years. She’ll be all right.

While the cause and time of Casey Johnson’s death have yet to be officially revealed, TMZ says law officials believe the heiress had been dead for several days before her body was discovered Monday morning. Fiancee Tila Tequila reportedly last saw Johnson on New Year’s Eve. “This is a very heartbreaking time for me. I just want some privacy as I deal with the loss of my Fiance Casey Johnson,” tweeted Tila. “[My] heart is shredded.” TMZ also claims Johnson had a history of diabetic comas, and insulin needles were found in her home by police.

Celebrity friends have come forward to pay their respects, including Lindsay Lohan (”you are in our hearts CJ”), Samantha Ronson (”R.I.P. Casey Johnson—so sick of those three letters”) and lifetime friend Paris Hilton, whose parents were friends with Johnson’s. “I am devastated to hear this news,” she told Life & Style Magazine. “I’ve known Casey since I was a baby. She had a big heart and she was a good friend. I feel so sad, I don’t want to believe it. My condolences go out to her family and loved ones.”

Lindsay Lohan had one rough 2009, but she’s determined to stay optimistic for the new year. Tweeting from her holiday vacation in St. Bart’s, she resolved—typos and all—”2010 is about moving forward, not backwards. Leaving the bad (people, habbits, and negative energy behind) time to make changes-right!?!” In honor of her desire for less negative energy, try not to read much into her wearing the same skimpy bikini two days in a row. She is promising “more (but positive-LOHAN MAYHEM!!!!!!!!),” after all.

Prior to Tila Tequila announcing her engagement, Tila and “fiance” Casey Johnson walked the red carpet at the Famous Stars and Straps 10th Anniversary and Snoop Dogg’s 10th Album Event and had a little slip of the nip. That’s right - Tila’s areolas just popped out of her top and posed for the cameras too. Lindsay Lohan is sick of channeling Marilyn Monroe for photo shoots, so she’s moved on to a more modern inspiration: Kate Moss. In a new spread for Milan-based Muse magazine, LiLo gets 90’s-flavored grungy as she and model Petey Wright assume the roles of Moss and ex-boyfriend Johnny Depp, and it’s chock full of sex and bare-asses.

The photographer of the piece, Yu Tsai, proposed the concept to Lindsay who eagerly accepted and got pretty into the sexy menage-a-trois theme. “When you see her nipple, it just happened in the moment,” Tsai says of the tasteful boobage. “She was playing the role of Kate Moss — you’re at a party and you are with a guy you really love and another girl. She is stunning and radiates in the pictures. Lindsay is incredibly focused where it comes to her career and fashion is her passion. It’s raw, it’s exposed, this is her at her best. She told me: ‘I want to make this iconic.’”

Lindsay might like being Kate Moss for a day but personally we think she should use the pics for another purpose. With this being the holiday season she could easily pull an Elaine from “Seinfeld” - everyone loves a nip-slip Christmas card.  [NYPost]

Michael Lohan seems to be on one twisted mission to make sure there is nothing we don’t think, or think we know about Lindsay Lohan left. Ever. His latest phone call recordings have Lindsay’s mom Dina claiming that Lindsay was dating tragic actor Heath Ledger when he died in 2008, and that his death “f*cked her up.”

“Lindsay was dating Heath when he died. I don’t know if you know that, but I know ’cause I would drop her off and they were friends very, very close, ok? When she’s drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking. His death f***ed her up,” Dina reportedly says.

For her part, Dina has slated Michael’s actions, saying, “The tapes were from a long time ago, and for a father to stoop this low is unforgivable.” Yes, yes, we know. Father of the Year Michael Lohan released more recorded phone conversations today in his attempt to get his daughter Lindsay Lohan into rehab. This one is between Michael and Lindsay’s assistant Jenni Muro, who expresses concern at Lindsay’s fragile state and “addiction” to Samantha Ronson. “I am trying to save your daughter’s life every day,” Jenni says, before expressing that Lindsay’s priority is “Samantha and Samantha only.” “She is another mess.
