Glastonbury Stars Party, Pay Tribute To Jacko

glastonbury-festival

Amid all the mourning and controversy surrounding Michael Jackson’s untimely death, the Glastonbury festival rocked on, celebrating his life with a series of impromptu tributes. The annual music and mayhem four days — which featured headline acts from the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, The Ting Tings and the Black Eyed Peas among hundreds of others — also attracted the usual celebrity suspects. Freebie-loving Peaches Geldof sported her latest look (stolen from Madonna around 1985) and Lily Allen still hasn’t taken off that peroxide wig (and it’s starting to look a little ragged now). Thank heavens for Lady Gaga and her reliably insane on-stage outfit and blistering set. In these sad times, who’d have thunk that the Haus of Gaga would provide us with a source of comfort? Did The Boss Break Up A Marriage?

Bruce Springsteen

We’ve always envisioned Bruce Springsteen as the ideal husband, even if he did allegedly cheat on his first wife, actress Julianne Phillips, with his current wife, backup singer Patti Scialfa. The pair’s been married for 17 years, and have three kids together. But now the Boss is being accused of breaking up a marriage - and it’s not his own.

New Jersey resident Arthur Kelly has named the singer as the man his wife Ann’s been cheating with secretly, effectively ending their marriage. The divorce papers, filed on March 27, allege that Ann “committed adultery with one Bruce Springsteen, who resides in Rumson, N.J., and Colts Neck, N.J., at various times and places too numerous to mention.”

A source close to the drama surrounding Ann and Bruce says that, “there have been rumors going around the area for more than a year that they had gotten way too close after meeting at a local gym.”

Say it ain’t so, Bruce! We thought you were maybe a little better than that.  [Photo: WireImage]

Bruce Springsteen: Almost 60 And Still Humping Things On Stage

To state the obvious, Bruce Springsteen must work out. The 59-year-old and his equally aged E Street Band blew more than a couple minds last night with their dexterous Super Bowl Half Time show. Dude humped the mic stand, humped his guitar—he even slid across the stage and humped a camera!

Bruce is lucky he didn’t sing in falsetto for the rest of the set. Check out more shots from the show in the gallery.
