While there’s been no confirmation outside of her Twitter, Tila Tequila appears to be claiming she’s pregnant. “I have a baby growing inside of me now, and that is my new happiness in life,” she tweeted last night. While previously planning to act as a surrogate mom for her brother, Tequila says the bun in the oven is her own. “Its no longer my brother’s baby as Surrogate mother. It is MY very own baby…I’m just happy cuz the baby’s father is a AMERICAN HERO! Served in the US ARMY 4 10 years & fought war in Afgan & got shot. Now hes out of Army after 10 years and is now a fireman and EMT! I will tell u all more when the time is right.”

The lack of an explanatory press release might have something to do with Tila’s publicist, Jessica Cohen, no longer being around to make one. “I am no longer representing Tila Tequila as her publicist,” she said in a statement. “Some matters need to remain private and away from media attention and due to recent events, I realized that we need to part ways while she deals with the loss of her fiancee.” Between the tearful over Casey Johnson’s dogs, her online screeds about her late fiancee’s family and her plans to celebrate Casey’s life at an upcoming concert (if she can just find someone to book her), one can only imagine what finally made her rep bolt.

When Nicky Hilton showed up Tuesday night to take longtime friend Casey Johnson’s dogs and clothes from Tila Tequila’s house, the late heiress’s fiancee refused to give up the goods. When Hilton showed up again yesterday morning, Tequila called the police. “I had to call the police because they were getting very violent outside of my house and threatening to break in,” she wrote on her blog. “They kept kicking my door, pounding on it, and even left scratch marks on my windows and texted that they were going to try to break in from the back side!” Ironically, once police arrived—Tequila helped Hilton and Bijou Phillips put the stuff—and the pooches—in her van. Why the change of heart? “I don’t like drama,” she tweeted—before posting hysterically about Hilton’s plans to put the dogs to sleep (which Hilton denies). Watch video of the incident here.

As clearly implied by this scene, Johnson’s friends are at odds with Johnson’s lover of less than a month. “The thing I find the most sickening is that the media is giving Tila the one thing she craves: attention,” Courtney Semel—who previously dated both women—told People. “Tila, you knew her for a week.” “Next week I will tell u what they don’t want u 2 know,” Tequila promised. Considering the screed she recently posted about model Jazmine Leonard (”"F— YOU B—- YOU’RE CRAZY! UR BAD NEWS, A DRUG ADDICT, AND A CON ARTIST, PROFESSIONAL PROSTITUTE AND JUST ALL AROUND BAD NEWS!”), it’s hard to believe anyone could stop her.

While the cause and time of Casey Johnson’s death have yet to be officially revealed, TMZ says law officials believe the heiress had been dead for several days before her body was discovered Monday morning. Fiancee Tila Tequila reportedly last saw Johnson on New Year’s Eve. “This is a very heartbreaking time for me. I just want some privacy as I deal with the loss of my Fiance Casey Johnson,” tweeted Tila. “[My] heart is shredded.” TMZ also claims Johnson had a history of diabetic comas, and insulin needles were found in her home by police.

Celebrity friends have come forward to pay their respects, including Lindsay Lohan (”you are in our hearts CJ”), Samantha Ronson (”R.I.P. Casey Johnson—so sick of those three letters”) and lifetime friend Paris Hilton, whose parents were friends with Johnson’s. “I am devastated to hear this news,” she told Life & Style Magazine. “I’ve known Casey since I was a baby. She had a big heart and she was a good friend. I feel so sad, I don’t want to believe it. My condolences go out to her family and loved ones.”

Despite reports by TMZ and E! that troubled Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson has died, her fianceé Tila Tequila has been furiously tweeting that she is actually in a coma. After knowing each other for a few hours, the pair announced their engagement last month, and discussed buying a house and having kids five days later.

Neighbors of Johnson say her maid came running out of her LA home this morning and screamed “She’s dead!” Her 3-year-old adopted daughter Ava is now in the custody of Casey’s mother in Manhattan.

Like her fianceé,  Casey Johnson used Twitter frequently. Her last tweets were in the early morning hours of December 29th, wherein she discussed buying a new car with room for her daughter.

UPDATE: Tila Tequila has confirmed the death of her bride-to-be. At 10:15PM, she tweeted:

“R.I.P my Angel. @caseyjonsonJnJ u will forever be in my heart! I love u so so much and we will Marry when I see U in Heaven my Wifey.”

Prior to Tila Tequila announcing her engagement, Tila and “fiance” Casey Johnson walked the red carpet at the Famous Stars and Straps 10th Anniversary and Snoop Dogg’s 10th Album Event and had a little slip of the nip. Before being accused of choking reality star Tila Tequila, NFL star Shawne Merriman had some oddly foreshadowing words about his allegedly violent behavior. The football star, who appears in the October issue of Playboy, said, “I’m so dangerous right now, I scare myself,” when asked about his rebuilt body.

Shawn, whose nickname is “Lights Out” for his ability to knock players out, tells the mag, “…on the field, I’m a beast and a killer.” Shawne also shared that he had a rough upbringing “and some of the unfortunate things that happened are why I’m able to do what I do now.  I’m built for everything that’s taking place now.” In high school, “parents sent letters complaining that I shouldn’t be on the field with their sons, that I was an animal.  It was hilarious.  They stopped letting me hit in practice.  Whenever we had contact drills, they’d send me over to another field, where I would practice hitting dummies.”

NFL player Shawne Merriman is doing what he can to clear his name after being accused of choking reality star Tila Tequila this weekend. In a statement released late Sunday, Merriman, who only refers to Tequila as an acquaintance and not his girlfriend, wrote, “At the time, I was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided. We would all do our best to help a friend if we considered their actions to be detrimental to their personal safety.”

To corroborate Merriman’s story, staff at the bar where the two had been hanging out on Saturday night say that Tequila had several drinks and invited them to do a shot with her, while Merriman only had water. On Sunday, in an attempt to tell her side of things, Tequila took to Twitter, saying that she is allergic to alcohol and her name is just an ironic nickname and she never drinks (the tweet appears to have been removed). Merriman is accused of battery and false imprisonment, and as a result of the altercation, Tequila spent the night at the hospital while Merriman spent 2 1/2 hours in jail before posting bail.

Though he didn’t reveal additional details about the evening, he seems confident that his name will be cleared once additional facts are revealed, saying, “I think when it all surfaces, it will be a different situation. Period.” [Photos: GettyImages]
